At Elixer Studio, every perfume listed on our store is 100% authentic, brand-new, and sealed in its original retail packaging. The pictures shown represent the exact bottle and packaging design. Please note that fragrance houses occasionally make minor design or batch updates to outer boxes, but the formulation and genuine brand quality remain entirely authentic.
We accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect within 3 to 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the fragrance must remain unused, sealed in its original cellophane wrapping, and in resaleable condition.
